Timeless Tuesday Challenge - Going VINTAGE

When I think of Vintage I think of Gingham and Roses, and Lace. For this challenge, I used the new Around the Arbor set. The detail was gorgeous, as always.

I colored it with Copics, using E31, 33, 35 for the arbor itself. G21, 24, 28 for the greenery and lawn. The roses are R20, 24, R 59.

For the roses, I colored all with the R20, then added a little R24. Then I used the tip to tip method with the R20, and took a touch of the R59 to darken certain areas.
I cut this out using a Nestie, and then mounted it on the Salmon colored paper, and cut it out and lightly embossed in the Nestie. I then Mounted the blue gingham behind and added some flowers I bought at Hobby Lobby in the floral department. I just snipped the wire off and voila - - cheap decoration. I then added a satin ribbon bow on the upper right.

The edge of the card on the front I cut out with a Fiskars punch, then I mounted a bit of the salmon color behind the white and used the Fiskars punch offset . Once I was done, I closed the card and punched again lined up with the front of the card.

I hope you enjoyed my take on Vintage. Can't wait to color some more of my new stamps. YAY!
