Trying out a New Challenge

I only have two sets of Our Craft Lounge stamps, but I really liked their sketch this week, and decided to try  their challenge out.  This is from the set called Granny's Support Team. Being it is awareness oriented, I went with a pink theme... plus my youngest wants her room redone in Pink and Black and White... so that was inspiring too.

The bra I just stamped with Memento, and then cut it out using the Oval Nestie. Leaving it in the Nestie I airbrushed it with Pink Copic (RV21). Then I went and used my RV06 with the brush end in the airbrush to spray it. This gave it the spotted look. I did the same thing with the sentiment. Only the sentiment is one long line. So I stamped it twice, using a scrap to mask the words so it would be two lines instead of one. I mounted them on black cut out with the scalloped oval Nesties. I used the same black and a Fiskers Border Punch to punch out the scalloped straight trim on top.

The image is colored with C3, C5 and a little C7, and I added dots of black to give it a kind of lacey look.

The pink design paper is Doodlebug Design. The black and White I am not sure but I think it is American Craft.

Thank you for stopping by. Hope to see you again soon.
