Bombshell Stamps Some Like it Hot, Hot, HOT Hop!

This is my first Blog Hop that I am actively participating in, and I am very excited. The Bombshell Hop Theme for the month of August is Some Like it Hot, Hot Hot... The focus is Summer themes, summer colors, anything Hot. 

I couldn't resist coloring this Hot Lil' Devil! He is adorable, and I love coloring with red. The paper was fun to work with as well. It is a specialty paper (the gold) from ANW enterprises that I got at JoAnns. Making Spinner cards is one of my favorite techniques. It is very easy, and adds some interest.

After I colored the images with Copics (R22, 24, 27, 29, C3,5,7) I cut them out with a Nestie.  I then mounted it on red paper and cut it out again with the next size Nestie. I then cut out the piece of gold paper that I wanted, and cut out a hole in the center that was the next size Nestie up and used the same size Nestie to cut out the black card base. I placed thread between the two images and stuck them together back to back. I then ran the thread between the black card base and the gold paper and then mounted them together making sure that the thread was tight so the center would not sag.

Once the card was constructed, I added "flames" at the bottom with gold and red Stickles.
